Goðafoss

The water of the river Skjálfandafljót falls from a height of 12 meters over a width of 30 meters in the impressive Goðafoss waterfall as the midnight sun creates a colorful sunset sky. Goðafoss is in Norðurland Eystra, Iceland. This photo was taken at midnight of a sunny day in June of 2012. This photo is part of the North of Iceland gallery.
